Update...

Currently in the Holiday Inn Express in Dallas, USA, at American Airlines' expense. Dominoes were able to deliver pizza at 11.30pm. Half is saved in the fridge for lunch. Watched Terminator: Salvation on hotel telly last night (not recommended), then had a decent night's sleep.

Will get a flight back to London later today. Should get home about four hours before my dental appointment and a double filling. Joy!
